The Company has been incorporated under the Companies Law since 2004. The initiative to establish the Company was taken by its main shareholder at the time, i.e. the private equity fund DBG Eastern Europe II. It’s office is located in Nicosia and its principal activities include holding the investments in subsidiaries and providing financing to related parties. Currently, the Company provides advisory services in the area of restructuring, investment, management, trade, productivity, financial management and corporate finances.
